Hello to all, and welcome to the THC Servers blog! Here is where you’ll find the latest news and updates with what’s going on with your hosting. Any server announcements will be posted here along with any other updates we may have.

We thought it’d be a good idea to have a blog so users can know if we’re experiencing any issues, updates etc. As stated in our terms and conditions, all hosting accounts are manually reviewed to make sure they follow the rules. If for whatever reason we will not be able to review orders for more than 24 hours, we will post that here.

    So far I am enjoying it. I love finding information freely rather than paying for it. More hosts (and other companies too) should setup blogs to allow the public to ask questions and get (free) resources). I think some are just tightwads with their time though.

      I have to agree Oldans. A blog doesn’t take much time to update though, so it’s an incredibly useful tool for the users of your services so that they can know what’s up.

      I agree Oldans, this is a good idea. Your clients can access the blog and give you reviews on your services, find out the latest and greatest news about their hosting company, and ask questions about the service.

        Exactly! What better way to find out how your clients feel about the latest happenings with your company. Not a lot of companies do that and they should to get a better understanding of how people feel.

      I would love to see more host companies set up blogs like this. I think it is a great way to keep customers updated. Blogs are also a great way to look at useful information! This blog has been so helpful and useful for me.

    Blogs are great for feedback and if you have any questions you need answered. I find they are especially good for getting different points of view from people about an issue you may have.

      Exactly, especially since you are talking to other users of the same service, so they might have already had to deal with the same issue that you have, and have done so successfully.

        Yeah, I’ve always liked the tendency for other users to come up with slightly more unusual, and sometimes easier methods to put in to action. They think somewhat differently than the techs do.

          Yes, sometimes people come up with novel things you wouldn’t have thought of yourself! I like reading someone’s ideas to better a product or suggestions on how to make things run more smoothly. It never hurts a company to get feedback from their clients.

            Yes, PEvans, don’t you love the way people will come up with questions that you are looking for an answer to or that could benefit you in the future? This is what makes blogs great.

      I completely agree! Blogs are a great way for customers to share some helpful input. Blogs are also helpful for new customers to research before purchasing! I think that is very important.

    I like the blog and am wondering if you will continue with it. It’s a great way to find out information for the user and a way of you knowing what we think of your product and site.

    I love blogs on sites that I use since it keeps me updated on what is going on. It’s a great way to get the word out on all new things you are doing with the site as well as answering questions your clients have.
